and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's
Instructions,
This is one of the Law Revision Ordinances referred to in se
6 of Ordinance No:19 of 1911. It has been drafted by the Editor n
engaged on the revision of the Ordinances and so far as it goes it
thorises the alterations he is making not already authorised by some
other amending Ordinance. It is not complete but it is intended to c
plete it by an amending Ordinance at the end of the year when the r
vision is finished. Its scope is set out in the preamble.
