I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
"An Ordinance to amend the Defence Contribution Ordinan-
ce, 1901. *
and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's
Instructions,
This Ordinance was passed without amendment as directed by
H. M. Principal Secretary of State for the Colonies in his despatch
dated the 19th. August, 1911.
