to the anchor laid off the Wharf for that purpose.
13.
This Agreement may be terminated at any time upon either party giving to the other three calendar months' notice of his intention to determine the same: and upon the epiry of such notice the Lessees shall vacate the said plots of land, leaving the surface thereof in the same state as when th. Lessees entered into possession thereof. 14. The Lessees shall not assign, underlet or part with the possession of any portion of the said plots, or office, or the right to use the seid Wharf and seawell.
15. Any notice required to be given under this Agree...ent must be in writing, addressed to the Lessor or Lessees as the case may be, and delivered at the Railwa, Office or at the Company's Office either at D or at their principal Office in Honkong.
1. The expression "LESSOR" includes the Lanager for the time being of the owloon-Canton Railway (British Section).
17. The Lessees shall not be required to pay rates in respect of the said plots of land or Office, but shall pay the Water Authority for all water used by them.
