I would note that only two dollar cadets are now very much concerned
in the construction to be placed on G.0. 39(5) myself and Mr S.8.0. Ross. All the other dollar cadets hold posta with salaries at the second class dollar rates or better. Also only three posts (Deputy Superintendent of Police, District Officer and Assistant District Officer, North) are concerned at the moment or likely later to be concerned.
