of Wireless Telegraphy by foreign men-of-war while in the waters of the Colony will only be permitted between the hours of 6 a.m. and 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. and 7 p.m. and am to request you to be good enough to inform officers commanding men- -of-war belonging to your Government in this sense.
