Under these circumstances we would request that
in the interval of the Companies Ordinance 1910 becoming law
permission should be obtained from the Secretary of State to introduce a short Ordinance amending the Companies Ordinance
No. 1 of 1865 and No. 1 of 1866 whereby this particular Bank would be allowed to incorporate themselves as a Company under the Companies Ordinance, our clients would then be enabled to
transact Banking business in the Colony.
