I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled "An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriation of
a Supplementary Sum of Four hundred and thirty-eight thousand nine hundred and nine Dollars and ninety- three Cents, to defray the Charges of the Year 1910.

and I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not controry to
the Governor's Instructions.
