I have the honour to subai for the
signification of His Majesty's pleasure the following Ordinance
entitled "An Ordinance to authorise the Appropriation of a
Supplementary Sum of Four hundred and thirty-eight thousand nine
hundred and nine Dollars and ninety-three Cents to defray the
Charges of the year 1910", together with the customary report
by the Attorney-General.

I have furtier to transmit in accordance
with Colonial Regulation 255 tan Appropriation Account for the
year 1910 which embodies full information respecting the in-
-creases and decreases on each subhead of the Estimates.
