I am in receipt today of your last letter in
which you say that you propose to come to Hongkong on the night of the lat. proximo and to pay me a visit on the 2nd. proximo in order t discuss further the Working A(geomnt.
I need not say that it will be a great pleasura
to Dr. Lindsey and myself to nent you in the Council Chubor on that day and I would suggost 10 n.m. as being probably the must convenient
hour.
I trust that a the meeting we may b able to make all necesarry arrangments for the working of the line, when opened for through traffic this autuan.
