The "Soldier" brand milk is condensed pure milk of
milch cows extracted by means of machinery. With the exception of
white sugar of the best quality, nothing has been added to it. This milk can be kept in any season and climate. It is suitable for use in household, in camps and on board ships. For culinary purposes it is everywhere used in substitution for fresh milk,
and it is used in Hospital for infants; these facts testify to its great superiority.
Directions for use:-
Open the tin at the top and take the milk out with a dry spoon. For cooking and table pur- -poses mix milk with four or five parts of water. If used with
tea or coffee, put sufficient milk in cup and then pour in berer-
-age. For infants mix fourteen parts of water with one of con- densed milk. Decrease the proportion of water according to the age of the infant. The open tin should be kept in a cool place
and free from dust.
