Drs. Muller, Justi, & Hoch, which relates to the condensed
skimmed milk sold by our clients, Messrs Blackhead & Co, and
by which it will be seen that those gentlemen are by no means
in accord with Dr. Clark in his views, but are of opinion that
the skimmed milk in question is unsuitable for use as a -----
substitute for cow's milk.
We have therefore the honour to request, on behalf of our
clients, that you will be good enough to bring this letter, and its accompanying copy reports (the originals of which we shall be pleased for forward to you if required), to the notice of
H. E. the Governor.
