Ordinance was agreed upon unanimously at a meeting held by the
Acting Colonial Secretary (Mr. C. Clementi), the Registrar-
-General (r. A. ". Brewin), Dr. Ho Kai and x. Foi Yuk on the
lst. ultimo, those gentlemen having been authorized by the
Council to frame words in Englisa and Chinese suitable for
insertion in the Bill: and the wording agreed upon by them with
one slight modifiention was unanimously adopted by the Council
on the uth. ultimo.
