Arriving at the Office on the 27th. Hay too late i.e.

between 10 and 10.30, and then using impertinent language to the Attorney-General and assuming an offensive attitude towards him,

which resulted in the latter sending for a Policeman.

The Attorney-Gmeral being the complainant in Lost of the charges was not consulted by us with reference to the con-

-clusions at which we have arrived and, as such complainant, he

does not wish to join us in signing this report.

Mr. Law has been twice warned before, and in support of

our recommendation that he be dismissed the Service we would beg

leave to refer to the concluding words of the Committee's Report,

dated 16th. March, 1909,

(Sd.) A. M. Thomson.
