(ii). his salary will be quoted to him as altered
under the duty pay scheme so soon as that scheme is
settled.

Mr. Morris' service to count for leave
and pension as from October, 1907, that being the date of his
original appointment to the Railway Staff.

willing to accept the post upon these terms.
