the Crown Colonies to give effect to the terms of Clause 3 or
by adhesion on behalf of the Crown Colonies to the Convention
has rendered possible such legislation in the Colonies; and if
so whether the suggested amendment of the Women and Girls
Protection Ordinance may be held to fall within the scope of
the Convention.
