I have examined the accompanyiny Ordinance entitled

This Ordinance has been passed in order to correct a mistake made
the Commissioner appointed to prepare the Revised Edition of the Ordinan
Section 9 of the Principal Ordinance (No. 1 of 1845 in the Revised Editi
--was taken from section 20 of Ordinance No. 8 of 1858 and by section 28
that Ordinance offenders against section 20 were liable to a penalty of
$50 besides the expenses of removal. In the Revised Edition the penalty * evidently by mistake changed to $5 only.
