notify that particular law to the Colony in which the
conspiracy was suspected to exist, and that the latter
Colony under an Enactment applicable to the whole Colonial
Empire would then notify the law in question and declare
that any conspiracy to defeat it would become an offence, and
could be dealt with by the Courts of the Colony in which the
conspiracy was alleged to be taking place.
