I have examined the accompanying Ordinoner, entitled
An Ordinance to prohibit the use of Dynamite or other Explosives for the purpose of catching or destroying Fish
and Ira of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's Factruction,
This Ordinance prohibits the use of dynamite or other ex- -plosives in the waters of the Colony for the purpose of catching or destroying fish. It follows 40 & 41 Victoria chapter 65.
