With reference to your letter (No.13156/08) of the 6th of August 1908, I am directed by Ir Secretary Harcourt to transmit to you to be laid before the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, the accompanying copy of a despatch from the Governor of Hong Kong forwarding a statement of the revenue and expenditure of the Tientsin Postal agency for the period from the 10th of October 1908 to the 9th of

October 1909.

2. Er Harcourt would be glad if their Lordships would cause the equivalent of $3,024.75 cents to be paid to the Crown Agents for the Colonies to be placed to the credit of the Government of Hong Kong.
