The new laying out involves an alter-
-ation of the existing lots and I therefore recommend that the
land tinted red be granted to the applicants without public
auction on the following terms:-
(a). Term of Lease 75 years, commencing from
the date of the Agreement to acquire the land.
(b). Premium at the rate of 10 cents per
square foot for the additional area (57,374 square feet) to be
paid into the Treasury within 7 days of the acceptance of
these terms.
(c). Crown Rent at the rate of $250 per acre
