This Agreement made on the
moon of the
year of Hauen Tung, corresponding to
the
day of
One thousend Nine
hundred and Ten and the contracting parties aroi-
His Excellency Liang Shih Yi, Director General of the Chinese
Imperial Railways representing the Chinese Section of the
Canton Kowloon Railway from the city of Canton to the boundary
of the Kowloon leased territory under British Control (herein-
-after called the "Chinese Section"), æ of the one part and
His Excellency Sir Froderick Lugard, the Governor of Hongkong,
representing the British Section of Kowloon Canten Pailway from Kowloon to the said boundary (hereinafter called the "British
Section") of the other part.
Now it is hereby agreed by and between the
parties hereto as follows:-
1.
For the purpose of this agreement the trains
shall be classified as follows!-

Through train shall mean train to be run through
from one section to the other section and
Local train shall mean trein to be run to the
junction of its section only.

The parties hereto agree that immediately
after the connection between the Chinese Section and the
British Section of the aforesaid Pailway at the station at San

be interchanged at tho said junction.

Each section shall in each day run one
through train each way and shall be called the daily through
train.

On the arrival of the daily through train
at the said junction the locomotive connection the said daily through train and the train steff shell be interchanged and the receiving section shall provide engine power and the hecessary train staff for the said through train to complete its run.
