Hong Kong Widows' and Orphans' Pension Fund.

I have the pleasure, in further reply to your letter of the 17th of November last, to enclose a Memorandum of Instructions to be incorporated with the Instructions dated the 1st of January 1909.

I have also requested my assistant, Mr. Lutt

to send to you the whole of the cards and schedules for transmission to Hong Kong. I shall be glad to hear that they have reached you. Mr. Lutt is also, by my instruction, sending a brief memorandum for reference in Hong Kong which I mention in section 12 of my additional memorandum.
