We are informed that goods from Canada imported into France and transhipped in Hong-Kong do not enjoy the privilege of the minimum tarif in force between Canada and France because Hong- Kong itself does not enjoy such privilego.
Will you please inform us if this correct and if so, what is the reason that Hong-Kong does not enjoy this privilege?
