At the request of ir..E. Young, F.I.,, I have the honour to return the Schedules respecting the valuation of
the Hong Kong Widows' and Orphans' Tension Fund enclosed
with your letter o.29721/1909 of the 15th September last,
and the cards which were furnished with particulars of the
members of the Fund.
I also send a memorandum with reference to some
points which have arisen in connection with the preparation
of the cards, as to which Mr. Young is, I understand, sending
Supplementary Instructions.
