With reference to your letter of the 28th ultimo, Ircas.
No. 32262/10, concerning the maintenance of Postal Agencies in China, I am directed to send to you herewith, for the information of the Secretary of State for the Colonies, a copy of a further letter which the Postmaster General has caused to be addressed to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury on the subject.
