system of audit of the expenditure accounts

of arrangements for the audi of Colonial

accounts in general, a matter whion nas now
been dealt With in my circular desp. of the
9th inst.
You will observe that the proposal for
the audit of expenditure accounts in toe
Golony is accepted, and tha t is arrange-
ment will apply to the accouns for July of
this year and subsequent months. Mr. Paelips
is leaving for H.Kong in July, and will
proceed as indicated in the letter from the
