Earl of Crewe, copy of a despatch from His Majesty's
Chargé d'Affaires at Peking on the subject of the bouna-
aries of the territories leased to the Colony of Hong
Kong in 1898.

appears to Sir E. Grey undesirable to raise the question
of the boundaries at present.
