An explanatory note to gection XV of the Currency Regulations mentions that & detailed scheme for the re- demption of the old coinage will be prepared by the Board of Finance and submitted separately for the approval of the Throne. The publication of this scene before the le- gue of the new coinage would greatly assist the "on kons Goverment in dealing with the situation reised by the issue of the now Chinese currency.
