Peking, June 11, 1910. CHANGSHA. Following is repetition of telegram, dated the 10th June, from His Majesty's consul at Changsha :
"I have received secret information that rebel leaders left Changsha on the 8th instant for Liuyang, Ningsiang, Tyang, and Siangyin. Rioting and incendiarism have occurred at Siangyin. I do not take this to be a simple race riot."
The Viceroy at Wuchang has been informed by His Majesty's consul-general at Hankow.
