CHANGSHA riots.
Peking, April 23, 1910.
Following is repetition of a telegram from His Majesty's consul-general at Hankow of yesterday's date :--
"His Majesty's consul at Changsha telegraphs at 11 P.M. of the 21st April that organised bands have recommenced rioting, and that, with the exception of a single man who declines to leave the city, all the foreigners have taken refuge on two British ships. I have communicated the above to the Viceroy at Wuchang and the admiral."
