I an directed by the Board of Trade to acknowledge the receipt of your letter of the 11th February (ko.3432/ 1910) on the subject of the draft of the electricity sup ply bill revised by ar h.Godley which it is proposed to introduce into the Legislative Council of long Kong, and in reply thereto, I am to suggest for the consideration of the Secretary of State that the fee payable to lur Godley for his services in the matter up to the present time might be înirty Guineas together with the correspond- ing Clerk's fee of One Pound, making Thirty Two Pounds Ten Shillings in all.
