the 15th of April respecting the children of
the late Lance Sergeant A.Counsell, of the Hong Kong
Police Force, I have the honour to inform you that
the children were duly met on their arrival in London.
2. Owing to the age of the children, viz 3
years and 9 months respectively it was necessary to
engage the services of a nurse to attend to them
and also to accompany them on their journey to Bristol
where they were handed into the care of Ir Roper who
had agreed to take charge of them.
3. We are informed that they were brought
over from Hong Kong under the care of Sergeant and
rs Brazil.
4. The sum of £5.9.9 has been expended in
connection with the mainte mnce and lodging of the
children in London and their journey to Fristol and
this amount has been debited to the Government of
Fong Kong.
