In reply to your communication of 4th instant we have to say that the returns from our singapore office are made up to the 31st December not 1st January but that we have not yet received them for the 31st December last.
If the date 31st December is not sufficiently approximate for your purpose we will request our Singapore office to send the amount of Notes actually and potentially in circulation on the 1st January and to continue doing so on the 1st January each year to be advised to you.
