subject to your approval, I have, with the advice of
Executive Council, dismissed Mr. Li Tak-yung, clerk in the
Land Office, from Government Service, with effect from the
8th. instant.

-ed to Mr. Li by the Deputy Official Receiver on the 29th.
of last October, Hr. Li's reply dated the lat. ultimo, and
notes dated the 12th. ultimo of an enquiry held by a
