Belilies Public School,

I have the honour to apply, on behalf of
the teachers and pupils of this School, for permission from His
Excellency the Governor to present something to Miss Bateman the
Acting Headmistress to cormemorate her services in Belilies
Public School for the last ten years. We wish not to make a
prosent for its value, but to give proof of our good wishes to
Hiss Bateman on her coming marriage.
