hours for the sale of all liquor upon licensed premises to between 6 A. M. and 12 midnight. This Regulation was clearly in conflict with the section last cited (15 of No. 46 of 1909 ).
It is now deemed desirable to definitely fix the hours
as between 8 A.M. and 12 midnight and to give the Governor-in- - Council power from time to time to alter such hours. The Orai.

It is to come into operation on 1st December 1910 the
date of the renewal of liquor licences.
