I have examined the accompanying Ordinance, entitled
An Ordinance to amend the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1909
Zand I am of opinion that the Ordinance is one which is not contrary to the Governor's
Instructions,
$1909.
This Ordinance effects two necessary amendments in Ordinance 46 of
That Ordinance by section 6 substituted a sub-section for sub-section 1) of section 20 of the Principal Ordinance and gave the Governor-in- Council power from time to time to fix the hours for the sale of liquor on licensed premises.
Section 15 of the same Ordinance imposed as an additional condition of a Publican's Licence that he should not sell spirits hefore 9 A.M.
It appears that a ̈ Regulation was made by the Officer Administering the Government-in-Council in my absence from this Office under the new sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Principal Ordinance limiting the
