I have great pleasure in forward-
-ing to Your Lordship the enclosed copy of a verified
report by the Master of the 3. S. "Huichow" on the
conduct of Mr. David Sutherland, Chief Officer of the
S. S. Huichow" and Mr. Edward Wild, Second Officer of the
S. S. "Lydia", who risked their lives to assist the crew
of the latter ship which was wrecked in the Haitan
Straits.
