OP Y.
sir,
Enclosure 1.
C.D.
485 31345
Chambers,
RECR
RECE 13 OCT 10
2nd. September, 1910.
of 31st. August.
I have the honour to acknowledge your letter
I quite agree that some of my suggestions
would involve additional Staff. But the control of the Police
prosecutions is a matter of greatest importance, and I should be much obliged if when forwarding my letter to the Secretary of State you would add a copy of the letter I wrote on the subject
some time ago.
In this case no addition to the Staff
would be required; it would affect only the selection of the
Staff.
I have etc.,
(sd.) F. T. Piggott,
His Excellency
The Officer Administering the Government.
Chief Justice.
