It shall be lawful for His Excellency the Governor at
any time to revoke and cancel this Certificate of Registry and
Licence.

The owner or Master of the Vessel for which this Certifi-
-cate of Registry with Licence is issued shall comply with all the
provisions of the law governing such vessels.

If the Owner or Master of the Junk for which this Certifi-
-cate of Registry is issued is guilty of Piracy or of any of the
offences enumerated in Ordinance 1 of 1868 (Hongkong) for the
suppression of Piracy, he shall be liable to imprisonment with hard
labour for a term not exceeding 5 years.

The Owner or Master of the vessel for which this Certifica-
-to of Registry is issued shall render every assistance in his power
to persons in danger of drowning, whether they have been placed in
that position by their ow act, or by the act of others, or through
accident, if it shall be proved to the satisfaction of the Marine or
a Police Magistrate that the said Owner or Master has failed to
render such assistance he shall forfeit a sum not exceeding one
hundred dollars to the Crown .

Change of Master or Owner shall be at once reported to
the Harbour Master. No fee is charged for correcting name of Haster.
Change of Ownership involves payment of a fee of $2.00

In case the said Junk shall be used for any purpose other
than that specified herein this Certificate of Registry and Licence
shall become void and the Master Owner, his executor, administra-
❤tors or assigns shall forfeit a sum not exceeding one hundred
dollars to the Crown.

Junks while engaging in fishing may carry provision
necessaries, salt as permitted by licence, and may convey salted
fish.

The Master of every Junk shall immediately on arrival in the waters of the Colony, report such arrival at the Harbour Master's Office or at the nearest Harbour Master's Station and furnish an Import Manifest giving the particulars hereinafter mentioned:-
