It follows that Trading Junks must enter and clear on each
occasion of entering or leaving the waters.
(1). Lighters not to be allowed to take out Trading Junk Licenc-
-95. They should take out Anngal Licences as Lighters entitling them to ply in port. (page .)
(2). Lighters, Cargo Boats, Fish Drying and other Hulks not to
be allowed to leave the waters of the Colony except
under special permit.
Such vessels when leaving the waters of the Colony to
deposit "Junk Certificate of Registry" (and Licence incorporated therein) and receive in exchange a *Special Clearance". Fee $1.00. Valid for 1 trip. On return the Lighter to enter at Harbour Office deliver her Special Permit and receive back Lighter
Licence.
