Classes 1 (Trading), 2 (Fishing) and part of
Classes 3 (Lighters) and 4 (Cargo Boats) are adapted to trade
outside the Colony and do so trade.
Classes 5 (Water Boats) and 6 (Fish Drying
Hulks) remain permanently within the waters of the Colony.
Trading Junks.
The distinction between -
(a)
Junks trading under an Annual Trading Junk
Licence, and
(b) Unlicensed Junks under Measurement Certifi-
-cates should be abolished, and all
Trading Junks,
Fishing Junks,
Lighters, É
Cargo Boats,
Water Boats, and
Fish Drying Hulks
should be provided with a pegister which may be distinguished
from other "Sgips Registers" by being styled a
*Junk Certificate of Registry" (or junk
Pass Book pegister), as per specimen attached, the Fee for which
may be:-
