I have the honour to forward for
the signification of His Majesty's pleasure the enclosed
copy of an Ordinance to amend the Protection of Women and
Girls Ordinance, 1897. (No. 15 of 1910.)

The usual report of the Attorney-
General is annexed, and I enclose also a copy of a minate
by the Registrar-General, dated the 30th. ultimo indicat-
-ing the reasons which led to passing this Ordinance.
