I have the honour to forward the

‚enclosed extract from a report by the Superintendent of

the Government Civil Hospital, dated the 10th. of last

June, and to inform Your Lordship that Mr. G. J. B. Sayer,

the father of Mr. B. A. Sayer, has agreed to pay his son's

passage home provided that an attempt is made by this

Government to secure his son's admission into the Epileptic

Colony in connection with the National Society for

Epileptics, the Office of which is at Denison House,

Vauxhall Bridge Road, London, S..

I shall be much obliged if Your

Lordship would be good enough to cause inquiry to be made

as to the terms upon which Mr. B. A. Sayer can be admitted

into this Epileptic Colony as unless action is taken on

these lines he may remain on the hands of the authorities

of the Government Civil Hospital here for years as Mr.
