Page 5 - 6. (1). Agents of all ves-
-sels discharging liquor at the
Kowloon Wharf and Godown Company's
King's Warehouses should be re-
-quested to supply the Manager of
said Godowns with a copy of liquor
manifest handed by them to the
Imports and Exports Office and he
in turn to notify the Superintend-
-ent of any omission. The same as
is now done at Holt's Wharf.
(2). The Preventive Or-
-ficer and his two searchers are to
effect a good supervision by con-
-stant rounds in godowns, This
Officer will be supplied with a
deak in the delivery office to
which all orders for delivery of
cargo
This matter has been are
-ranged in 2066/1910 without
expense (except a small sum for
cost of moving the liquors) to
Government.
An European Revenue of-
-ficer, with Asiatic assistance
has been transferred for the
work referred to. He also
supervises the King's Warehouse
at Holt's Godowns.
These recommendations
have been adopted by Executive
order except the suggestion for
special wharves for landing
liquors. This is being provided
for by regulation under Section
55 of Ordinance Yo. 23 of 1909.
