who will issue a permit to unload from waggon into the Railway bonded godown. Dutiable liquor will remain in such bonded Railway godown until released by a permit from the Superintendent after the
payment of duty.
All dutiable liquor will be examined in bonded Railway
godown before being released. All dutiable liquor intended for
exportation by the Kowloon Canton Railway will be stored in a
Railway godown. The Traffic Manager will then make a requisition to the Superintendent stating that the dutiable liquor is already stored in the Railway godown awaiting despatch. The Superintendent will then cause an examination to take place after which the permit to load into waggon will be issued.
In the event of discrepancy being detected by the Revenue Officer the duty due on such will be paid by the Railway Traffic
Manager.
A certificate giving proof of the unloading of such liquor at destination will be produced by the Kowloon-Canton Railway
falling which the duty due on such liquor will be paid by the
Traffic Manager of the Kowloon Station. This certificate should
be produced within four days from date of issue of permit to lead
into waggon.
