With reference to my Despatch No.4
of the 5th. ultimo, I have the honour to forward for Your
Lordship's information the attached copy of a Despatch
with its enclosures which I have addressed to His Majesty's
Minister at Peking on the 27th. ultimo.

As regards the Hung Ts'ün-fuk
murder case, I would refer Your Lordship to the corres-
-pondence ending with Sir Henry May's Confidential Deg-

-patch of the 13th. July, 1904, from which it is evident
that that case presents no points of resemblance to the
Liang Tou case now under consideration.
