dated the 3rd. idem, and the Superintendent's recomenda-
-tion that Mr. Sinnott should be summarily dismissed under
Rule 101 of the Gaol Regulations. I approved his dismissal
on the 5th. idem.

In this connection I attach copies
of a letter from Bishop D. Pozzoni, dated the 22nd. of
last July and my reply of the 6th. of last August.
