I have the honour to acknowledge
the receipt of Your Lordship's Despatch No. 288 of the
26th. of November last, and to state that I agree to the
Regulations, as amended by Mr. P. Michelli's letter of the
20th. of November, governing the attendance at the School
of Tropical Medicine of Medical Officers and Private
Practitioners of Hongkong including those who attend the
School on probation prior to appointment. The Regulations
will be duly published.
