22. Where a member has completed his period of

payment, the facts should be recorded in the "Remarks" upon the card; the questions relating to the contri- bution and its period will, of course, be unanswered; the questions as to the prospective pension secured and the aggregate contributions paid, as at the 31/12/08,

A similar remark applies to cases where a

member has ceased to contribute but retains an interest

in the fund for his family in the form of a paid-úp pension. The facts should be mentioned in the "Remarks"

B. Schedules required.

I Widows in the actual receipt of pensions at the 31/12/08.

The columns should have the following headings:- (a) Her name.

(b) Date of her birth [month

year

(c) Her nearer age at 31/12/08. (d) Her nationality, E, A, or C.

(e) The total annual revised pension payable (ex-

pressed in $ and c.)

(f) The number, sex and nearer ages at 31/12/08

of her children. (The names of widows should follow consecutively on the same sheets ) (1) A reference should be made to the No. of her

late husband's card.

(2) Underneath the "annual revised pension" should

be stated, in red ink in brackets, the pension which would have resulted had the new Tables alone been em- ployed in the computation throughout without the incor- poration of any higher elements by the old Tables.
